Usage Instructions
Apply to clean, dry lips before sleep. Press gently at center of lips — you don't need to seal the entire mouth, just encourage closed-lip position. To remove: dampen slightly with water, peel slowly from the side. Do not use if you have nasal congestion, deviated septum, or any condition that impairs nasal breathing. Consult a doctor before use if you have diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea.
